Caro Members Congratulate Exchange Student Moeto Kawanishi

Caro Rotary Club Members congratulates 2016-17 Youth Exchange Student Moeto Kawanishi from Japan for a succesful Rotary Year.  When Moeto first arrived he could speak very little english and was unaccustomed to such large open spaces in his living.  But he ended his year with high grades in school and speaks far above from when he first arrived.  Congratulations Moe on a meating the challenge of your Rotary Year.
